These Terms of Service govern the business relationship between emovebiker and our global wholesale, distribution, and OEM/ODM partners. Please read them carefully to understand our mutual rights and obligations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with emovebiker (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", or "us"), you (the "Buyer", "Distributor", or "Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all B2B transactions, including wholesale purchases and OEM/ODM manufacturing agreements.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our business operations or legal requirements.
OEM & ODM Cooperation Process
We provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services for Urban Scooters, Mobility Scooters, Cargo Tricycles, and Mobility Cars. The standard cooperation process includes:

Requirement Analysis: Buyer submits detailed specifications, branding requirements, and target market compliance standards.

Prototyping: We develop a sample/prototype for Buyer's approval. Sample fees apply but may be refunded upon bulk order confirmation.

Confirmation: Buyer tests the sample and provides written approval or modification requests.

Mass Production: Production commences only after sample approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQs vary by product category and customization level. Specific MOQs will be detailed in your official quotation.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are typically based on FOB Ningbo/Shanghai terms unless otherwise specified. Prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date due to fluctuating raw material costs.
Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) upon order confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment, after passing inspection. Irrevocable L/C at sight may be accepted for orders exceeding $100,000 USD, subject to prior approval.
Quality Assurance & Inspection
Quality is the foundation of our triple-win principle. We implement a strict quality control process to ensure sustainable profit margins and reliable performance:
Incoming Material
Strict inspection of all components, batteries, and motors before assembly.
Mid-production
Continuous spot checks along the assembly line to prevent systemic errors.
Full Examination
100% manual examination of finished units for cosmetic and functional integrity.
Machine Testing
Automated performance testing for battery lifecycle, motor output, and safety metrics.
Buyers are welcome to arrange third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, TUV) at our Taizhou facility prior to shipment. Inspection costs are borne by the Buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Lead Time: Standard production lead time is 25-40 days after deposit receipt and sample confirmation. Peak seasons may require extended lead times, which will be communicated during order placement.
Risk of Loss: For FOB shipments, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the goods pass the ship's rail at the port of loading. We highly recommend Buyers secure comprehensive marine insurance.
Delays: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, port strikes, customs holds, or pandemic-related restrictions.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
To ensure controllable after-sales costs and sustainable profit margins for our dealers, we provide a structured warranty policy:

Core Components: Motors, controllers, and frames are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Batteries: Lithium batteries are covered for 12 months or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.

Spare Parts Support: We provide 1% to 2% easily consumable spare parts (e.g., brake pads, tires, simple plastics) free of charge with bulk container orders to facilitate local repairs.
Warranty claims require video/photo evidence and the product's serial number. We will provide replacement parts for valid claims. Labor costs for repairs in the destination country are not covered.
Intellectual Property
Buyer's IP: For OEM orders, the Buyer retains all rights to their trademarks, logos, and custom designs. We guarantee not to sell products bearing the Buyer's proprietary branding to third parties.
Company's IP: All structural designs, proprietary technologies, and manufacturing processes developed by emovebiker remain our exclusive intellectual property. Buyers may not reverse-engineer or claim ownership of our core product designs.
